A graduate of full-time studies in law at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow and a number of post-graduate studies in economics as well as bankruptcy and restructuring law.

He has a restructuring advisor license granted by the Minister of Justice (No. 1364), entitling him to act as a receiver in bankruptcy proceedings and as a court supervisor and administrator in restructuring proceedings.

She gained experience in the offices of well-known attorneys of the Krakow and Katowice chambers, as well as in the office of a qualified restructuring advisor. At that time, she worked on behalf of a temporary court supervisor and receiver in handling bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings, as well as providing services for representing debtors in bankruptcy and bankruptcy proceedings.

He advises and represents management board members in proceedings regarding the transfer of liability for the liabilities of capital companies. He prepares bankruptcy petitions and represents them in proceedings initiated by these petitions. Provides legal services to bankruptcy trustees. He represents debtors and creditors in restructuring proceedings.
