Agnieszka Jagodzińska

Lawyer

A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She completed an attorney apprenticeship at the Krakow Bar Association. In 2018, she was entered on the list of attorneys of the Krakow Bar Association.

Currently, she is permanently associated with one of the leading Polish law firms based in Krakow, specializing in the protection of personal data.

She gained experience in the offices of Krakow attorneys and legal advisers, as well as in the office of a trustee and a qualified restructuring advisor, where she dealt with bankruptcy proceedings of large Krakow capital companies.

Conducts court proceedings, including those relating to corporate disputes. He specializes in e-commerce law, civil law, commercial law, cooperative law and bankruptcy law. He conducts proceedings in the field of broadly understood administrative and court-administrative law, e.g. in matters of access to public information.

He also advises clients on out-of-court matters in the field of contract law, intellectual property law, new technologies and e-commerce.
