A graduate of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University (2013). He completed his legal adviser apprenticeship at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow (2016). Entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the Council of the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Krakow.<\/p>

He has many years of experience in cooperation with Krakow law firms, where he mainly dealt with ongoing legal services for enterprises, corporate law, contract law, labor law, restructuring and bankruptcy law, personal data protection law and procedural law. He has experience in conducting difficult court disputes, including corporate and development disputes, as well as negotiations.<\/p>

For several years he worked as an in-house lawyer in payment institutions, dealing with corporate and regulatory services for these entities before the Polish Financial Supervision Authority and other supervisory authorities.<\/p>

He has extensive practice in the field of economic law, corporate law, financial market law, including payment services, AML, as well as real estate law, labor law, and restructuring and bankruptcy law.<\/p>

He also conducts teaching at a university.<\/p>

He speaks English.<\/p>
